Matomy is proud to sponsor Pascale
In the Rio 2016 Paralympic games and beyond
Pascale Bercovitch is a Paralympian, a filmmaker, a best-selling author, a motivational speaker – and an inspiration to us all.
Surviving a train accident when she was 17 years old, in which she lost both legs, Pascale has turned tragedy into triumph. She accomplished her childhood dream of moving to Israel shortly after her accident and went on to become a successful international journalist and world-renowned athlete.
Competing in her first Paralympics at the age of 40, Pascale is the first athlete ever to compete in three different sports in the Paralympics. She competed in the 2008 Beijing Paralympics, and finishing 8th in rowing. In the 2012 London Paralympics she finished 6th in hand cycling and in Rio 2016 she finished 8th, in canoeing.
When she isn’t motivating others or participating in international competitions, Pascale enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.

Our “We Play to Win” campaign is meant to showcase Matomy’s dedication to strategy driven results. Pascale has continuously redefined the rules of the game but has always come out on top. We could not be more proud to be supporting Pascale and we will be rooting for her in September.”
