Job Description:
As Senior Sales Manager you will research, locate and work to build new business relationships with agencies in Germany, Austria and Switzerland in the online advertising industry. In collaboration with the local account management and supported by HQ resources you will be accountable for the development of this segment.
This position has the potential to develop into a “Head of“- role quickly.
Requirements and Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in Online Sales or Business development.
- Proven track record in German speaking Markets and established network among agencies and direct advertisers.
- Strong sales & business development capabilities
- Ability to meet and exceed individual sales targets on a consistent basis.
- Passion for Sales and Highly Motivation to Succeed
- Proactive; able to work independently; tenacious; goal-oriented
- Degree in Business or equivalent (BA/BS)
- High Computer & Internet Skills
- German as a mother tongue, excellent English
- Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills
- Ideally a first experience in leading a sales team

The Media department is responsible for recruitment of affiliate partners, enhancing the company’s media assets and developing business relationships with online affiliates, including searching, contacting, negotiating agreements and managing until the affiliates become active in our network.
- Create new business opportunities with affiliates.
- Recruit new affiliates, negotiate agreements and manage them until they become active in our network.
- Prospect for new media types and trends.
- Ensure new affiliates access the best offers according to their profile and Matomy Market’s offers.
- Manage Affiliates trade shows, conventions and events.
