Ofer Druker is the CEO and Co-Founder of Matomy Media Group. With over 12 years experience in online media and internet advertising, Ofer is widely regarded as an online marketing industry veteran. He is responsible for the overall growth and positioning of Matomy as an international leader in online marketing solutions. Ofer has founded and co-founded a succession of 3 leading media sites in the last 10 years. He co-founded Oridian in 1998 and took it from a start-up to a company of over 70 people, effectively heading international business growth and development as well as sales. In 2005 he founded Soho Digital International, a subsidiary of Direct Revenue, and a leader in the contextual targeted media industry. In 2006, Ofer created Xtend Media, a leading international media solutions provider and one of the world’s fastest growing ad networks.

As Co-Founder and CEO of Matomy Media, Adi oversees the company’s strategy and progress as a global display advertising leader. He brings experience spanning 11 years, helping companies excel at maximizing results from media buying, performance marketing and display media. Previously, as Xtend Media’s COO, Adi led the operations, business development and marketing activity of the company, focusing on building the company’s media and client relations teams and implementing an ad network operations methodology aimed at results, scale and efficiency.

In his prior experience as Vice President of Business Development for Soho Digital International, Adi developed relationships with international media providers and led the company’s performance-based activities and media buying. As Executive Director of Advertising for Random-Logic (888 Holdings, PLC) Adi managed the global media buying department, and developed the Affiliate Marketing Channel. At ValueClick Inc., Adi was involved in marketing, sales and business development for the Israeli market, developing a local online advertising network and bringing in new publishers and advertisers to the ValueClick global network. As the media sales manager for Babylon Inc., an Israeli software company, Adi managed advertising sales in Israel, Europe and the United States, later leading the corporate sector in Israel.

Adi holds a BA cum laude in Economics from Tel Aviv University.

As General Manager of Matomy Market, Assaf Suprasky oversees all operations with a global perspective on the latest trends in performance marketing. To achieve results for both advertiser and publisher clients, he focuses the company on pairing the right media to every campaign, innovations in Matomy Market’s in-house tracking platform and providing exceptional service in all areas.

Assaf brings to Matomy Market years of experience in online advertising, most recently as Senior Vice President of Media and Affiliate Relations at Matomy Market, where he focused on the development of new media types and channels, and building strategic partnerships. He also implemented and managed Matomy Market’s global business development strategy, maintaining key relationships with branch offices. He has occupied many roles in different aspects of the online advertising industry including Director of Operations at Soho Digital International, helping the company establish its international activity outside North America, and as COO of Xtend Media (now Matomy Media), where he was in charge of the media and affiliate business units.

 

Sagi NiriSagi Niri
CFO, Matomy Media Group

As Chief Financial Officer of Matomy Media Group, Sagi is responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects of group operations. He provides leadership and coordination in the administrative, business planning, accounting and budgeting efforts of the company. Prior to his position at Matomy, Sagi was the Chief Controller and Financial Department Manager at McCann Erickson Israel Group from 1998 to 2006. He headed a team of 24, managing financial transactions of 14 profit centers integrated into 8 statutory companies, as well as purchasing, payroll and operations.

Sagi is a Certified Public Accountant (ISR) and holds an M.B.A. in Business Management from The University of Derby, Kiryat- Ono, Israel as well as a Bachelors Degree in Business from the Tel Aviv College of Management.

 

José Luis Valdivielso

As Chief Executive Officer of Matomy LATAM, Jose Luis Valdivielso plays an instrumental role in the establishment and growth of Matomy’s affiliate marketing activities in Spain, Portugal and Latin America. Jose manages operations in Matomy LATAM’s Madrid offices, bringing over 15 years involvement in business development, online advertising and media, and multinational corporate expansion. Appointed as CEO at the inception of Adsmarket LATAM in 2009, Jose is significantly involved in the acquisition and management of some of the largest online brands and premium publishers, driving the company forward with a mission of transparency, quality traffic, and high volume monetization. Prior to his position at Matomy LATAM, Jose served as Country Manager at Zanox Spain, where he was responsible for business growth in Spain and Portugal. As well he established and orchestrated the company’s entrance into the Travel and Electronics verticals.

 

Yoav AmielYoav Amiel
CTO, Matomy Media Group

As Chief Technology Officer of Matomy Media Group, Yoav is responsible for all technological and R&D aspects of the group. He brings over 20 years of technology and management experience, providing leadership, guidance and coordination of the company’s technological roadmap. Prior to joining Matomy, Yoav was the Chief Technology and Operations Officer at Redmatch International, building a unique breakthrough matching platform, installed and used by millions of users and advertisers worldwide. Prior to that, Yoav served as eCommerce Manager at Amdocs Ltd. (NYSE: DOX), Israel’s largest software company and a multinational publicly traded corporation and as an officer in Israel’s Military Computer Corps, where he managed teams of engineers and multi-million dollar projects.

Yoav holds a BSc. in Computer Science & Mathematics and an MBA in Information Technology & Economics from Tel-Aviv University.
