CEO & CO-FOUNDER
Ofer Druker is CEO and co-founder of Matomy Media Group. He is responsible for the overall growth and positioning of Matomy as a global leader in digital performance-based advertising. Prior to Matomy, Ofer founded several leading online advertising and media businesses, including Oridian and Soho Digital International (a subsidiary of Direct Revenue). In 2006, Ofer started Xtend Media, an international ad network, where he served as CEO prior to the company’s acquisition by Matomy in 2008. Ofer holds a BA in Middle East and African Studies from Tel Aviv University.

As chief operating and financial officer of Matomy Media Group, Sagi Niri is responsible for all operational, financial and fiscal management aspects of the Group’s global operations. He joined Matomy in 2008 and provides leadership in the administrative, business planning, accounting and budgeting efforts of Matomy. Sagi was previously the chief controller at McCann Erickson Israel Group, and a manager at Deloitte Israel. Sagi holds a BA in Corporate Finance from the College of Management, an MBA in Finance from Manchester University and is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel.

As chief technology officer of Matomy Media Group, Ido oversees all product development and R&D aspects of the Group, working to enhance Matomy’s performance advertising platforms and providing leadership, guidance and coordination of the company’s business roadmap. Prior to joining Matomy in 2012, Ido co-founded and later served as CEO of TheMarker, Israel’s largest financial media company. He was part of the founding team of Grouper, which was acquired by Groupon, where he eventually served as chairman of its Israeli operations. He also served as CTO of Brightview, a UK based ISP.

As executive vice president of mobile at Matomy Media Group, Assaf Suprasky oversees all Group mobile activity, including client and media operations, technology and acquisitions. This includes operational and strategic management of Matomy’s 2014 acquisition, MobFox. Previously the CEO of Feedzilla, a newsfeed distributor, he was also vice president of operations at Xtend Media and chief operating officer of AdsMarket US, both of which were merged into Matomy. Assaf holds an MBA in Business Administration from the Hebrew University.

Ido Barash is general counsel and company secretary of Matomy Media Group. Prior to joining Matomy in 2012, he was a partner at Israeli law firm S. Friedman & Co., where he worked from 2003-11. Ido holds an LLB and a BA in Business Administration from the Interdisciplinary Center, and has been a member of the Israeli Bar Association since 2001.

Menachem Salinas is senior vice president of clients at Matomy Media Group, where he manages all advertiser activity for the company. Previously, he was senior vice president of search and social and also served as CEO of Matomy Money (a former subsidiary of Matomy Media Group) from 2007-11. He has also held senior sales and management roles at MSN Israel and at leading Israeli business publication TheMarker. Menachem holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the College of Management in Israel.

Gil Klein joined Matomy Media Group in 2006 and currently serves as senior vice president of media. He is responsible for all Group media activity across display, video, search and social media channels. Previously, as senior vice president of clients, Gil oversaw all Group advertiser activities. He also served as vice president of performance and affiliate sales at Matomy. Gil holds an MBA in International Management from the College of Management in Israel.

Keren Farag Krygier is senior vice president of finance at Matomy Media Group, where she oversees the Group’s global finance and accounting management operations. Keren has been with Matomy since 2007. Previously, she was director of finance at former Matomy subsidiary Adsmarket, and controller at McCann Erickson Israel Group. Keren is a Certified Public Accountant, holds a BA in Economics and Accounting from Ben Gurion University and an MBA in Business Administration from Tel Aviv University.
SVP BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & SALES
Daryl Colwell is senior vice president of business development and sales at Matomy Media Group. Advertiser partnerships he secured for Matomy include blue-chip marketers American Express, HSBC and Nielsen. He joined Matomy in January 2013 following the acquisition of performance media agency MediaWhiz, where he served in a similar capacity. Previously, he held senior management and sales roles at Relevance-X, the online behavioral and life-stage targeting division of Acxiom, and digital advertising agency SilverCarrot. Daryl earned a BA in psychology at the University of Texas.
SVP GLOBAL MEDIA PARTNERS
Keren Marom is senior vice president of global media partners at Matomy Media Group and is responsible for the growth and development of Matomy’s global media partner network. Keren joined former Matomy subsidiary Adsmarket in 2006 and has led several departments and key activities, including service as vice president of affiliate marketing for Matomy Market™, the Group’s proprietary performance marketplace. Keren holds an MBA from the School of Management at Binghamton University in New York.
CEO, TEAM INTERNET
Nico Zeifang is CEO of Team Internet, a Munich-based, Deloitte Fast 50 winning traffic monetization business that is majority owned by Matomy Media Group. With 15 years of experience in traffic monetization, Mr. Zeifang is a true veteran of the domain industry. Mr. Zeifang holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen and an MA in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics.

Matomy acquires 70% of
data-driven email advertising technology company, Avenlo, based in Toronto, Canada.

Matomy launched its operations as a performance-based digital marketing company under the name Adsmarket Ltd.
Adsmarket acquires Xtend G.M. Global Media Ltd. (now Matomy Media Ltd.).
Spanish multi-channel advertising company Performance Advertising SL is acquired to strengthen Matomy’s LATAM offering.
Adsmarket acquires 80% of Mexican performance advertising company led by Ulises Vazquez.
Matomy strengthens its search and social advertising offering with the acquisition of Israel-based Media Sheva Ltd.
Adsmarket invests in Adperio Inc., an American digital performance advertising company.
Matomy acquires US performance marketing agency MediaWhiz LLC, strengthening its US presence and email acquisition marketing capabilities. MediaWhiz’s New York City office becomes Matomy’s US regional headquarters.
Matomy becomes the leading shareholder in Israeli social media company Adotomi Ltd. (now Matomy Social) to enhance its social media offering.
To strengthen its mobile business, Matomy acquires MobAff LLC, a US-based mobile performance platform.
Matomy becomes the main shareholder of Team Internet, a German direct search navigation and domain monetization platform.
Matomy is listed on the High Growth Segment of the London Stock Exchange’s Main Market (LSE:MTMY).
Matomy forms a strategic partnership with Publicis Groupe whereby it becomes Matomy’s largest shareholder.
