Ofer Druker is CEO and co-founder of Matomy Media Group. He is responsible for the overall growth and positioning of Matomy as a global leader in digital performance-based advertising. Prior to Matomy, Ofer founded several leading online advertising and media businesses, including Oridian and Soho Digital International (a subsidiary of Direct Revenue). In 2006, Ofer started Xtend Media, an international ad network, where he served as CEO prior to the company’s acquisition by Matomy in 2008. Ofer holds a BA in Middle East and African Studies from Tel Aviv University.
As chief operating and financial officer of Matomy Media Group, Sagi Niri is responsible for all operational, financial and fiscal management aspects of the Group’s global operations. He joined Matomy in 2008 and provides leadership in the administrative, business planning, accounting and budgeting efforts of Matomy. Sagi was previously the chief controller at McCann Erickson Israel Group, and a manager at Deloitte Israel. Sagi holds a BA in Corporate Finance from the College of Management, an MBA in Finance from Manchester University and is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel.
As chief technology officer of Matomy Media Group, Ido oversees all product development and R&D aspects of the Group, working to enhance Matomy’s performance advertising platforms and providing leadership, guidance and coordination of the company’s business roadmap. Prior to joining Matomy in 2012, Ido co-founded and later served as CEO of TheMarker, Israel’s largest financial media company. He was part of the founding team of Grouper, which was acquired by Groupon, where he eventually served as chairman of its Israeli operations. He also served as CTO of Brightview, a UK based ISP.

Ido Barash is general counsel and company secretary of Matomy Media Group. Prior to joining Matomy in 2012, he was a partner at Israeli law firm S. Friedman & Co., where he worked from 2003-11. Ido holds an LLB and a BA in Business Administration from the Interdisciplinary Center, and has been a member of the Israeli Bar Association since 2001.
Gil Klein joined Matomy Media Group in 2006 and currently serves as senior vice president of media. He is responsible for all Group media activity across display, video, search and social media channels. Previously, as senior vice president of clients, Gil oversaw all Group advertiser activities. He also served as vice president of performance and affiliate sales at Matomy. Gil holds an MBA in International Management from the College of Management in Israel.
Keren Farag Krygier is senior vice president of finance at Matomy Media Group, where she oversees the Group’s global finance and accounting management operations. Keren has been with Matomy since 2007. Previously, she was director of finance at former Matomy subsidiary Adsmarket, and controller at McCann Erickson Israel Group. Keren is a Certified Public Accountant, holds a BA in Economics and Accounting from Ben Gurion University and an MBA in Business Administration from Tel Aviv University.

Maya Gershon is the Executive Vice President of Sales and Corporate Development at Matomy Media Group. Before joining Matomy, Maya served as VP Sales and Customer Success at ironSource and prior to that, she was the VP Sales at Idomoo, and VP Sales and Marketing at Extreme Reality. Maya earned her MBA from Northwestern, Kellogg Business School of Management and holds a BSc from Ben Gurion University.

Nico Zeifang is CEO of Team Internet, a Munich-based, Deloitte Fast 50 winning traffic monetization business that is majority owned by Matomy Media Group. With 15 years of experience in traffic monetization, Mr. Zeifang is a true veteran of the domain industry. Mr. Zeifang holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen and an MA in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics.
