CEO & Co-FounderOfer Druker is the CEO and co-founder of Matomy Media Group. With over 12 years experience in online media and internet advertising, Ofer is widely regarded as an online marketing industry veteran. He is responsible for the overall growth and positioning of Matomy as an international leader in online marketing solutions. Ofer has founded and co-founded a succession of 3 leading media sites in the last 10 years. He co-founded Oridian in 1998 and took it from a start-up to a company of over 70 people, effectively heading international business growth and development as well as sales. In 2005 he founded Soho Digital International, a subsidiary of Direct Revenue, and a leader in the contextual targeted media industry. In 2006, Ofer created Xtend Media, a leading international media solutions provider and one of the world’s fastest growing ad networks.
CFOAs chief financial officer of Matomy, Sagi is responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects of group operations. He provides leadership and coordination in the administrative, business planning, accounting and budgeting efforts of the company. Prior to his position at Matomy, Sagi was the chief controller and financial department manager at McCann Erickson Israel Group from 1998 to 2006. He headed a team of 24, managing financial transactions of 14 profit centers integrated into 8 statutory companies, as well as purchasing, payroll and operations.
EVP, MediaAs executive vice president of media at Matomy, Assaf Suprasky oversees all media activity, including affiliate operations, media buying and trading, partnerships with external platforms and networks, and technology strategies. Assaf brings to Matomy years of experience in online advertising, most recently as senior vice president of media and affiliate relations for the company’s affiliate marketing activity (formerly Matomy Market), where he focused on the development of new media types and channels and built some of Matomy’s most strategic partnerships. He also implemented and managed the department’s global business development strategy, maintaining key relationships with branch offices. He has held many roles in different aspects of the online advertising industry including Director of Operations at Soho Digital International, helping the company establish its international activity outside North America, and as COO of Xtend Media, where he was in charge of the media and affiliate business units.
SVP, Global Corporate DevelopmentAs senior vice president of global corporate development, David oversees Matomy Media Group’s branch activity and global business development, implementing an infrastructure for sustainable global growth. In addition, he is responsible for consolidating Matomy’s business operations around the world while also strengthening working relationships between the group business units. David has many years of managerial and sales experience in leading international companies. His prior positions include CCO of Vizrt, where he was in charge of all sales, support, customer relations, product management and external cooperation initiatives of the company, and 888 Holdings, where he served as Managing Director of their B2B arm, Dragonfish.
CTOAs chief technology officer of Matomy Media Group, Ido oversees all technological and R&D aspects of the group, working to enhance Matomy’s performance marketing platforms and providing leadership, guidance and coordination of the company’s technological roadmap. Prior to joining Matomy, he co-founded and later was the CEO of TheMarker, Israel’s largest financial media company. He was part of the founding team of Grouper, a local clone of Groupon that was later sold to Groupon, and is now acting as the Chairman of Groupon Israel.
SVP Mobile and DisplaySince joining Matomy Media Group close to its inception in 2007, Erez Gross has put to good use his extensive knowledge and experience in online advertising, media buying, ad exchanges, yield management and internet marketing, leading the company’s display activity to become one of the largest global ad networks operating within a performance-based company. As the head of Matomy’s mobile and display activity, Erez spearheads the formation of new partnerships, and oversees ad operations management and business development. As a passionate social entrepreneur, in the 6 years immediately following his national army service in the IDF, Erez played a fundamental role in establishing Kibbutz Eshbal in Northern Israel, as well as forming and teaching at a local center for youth at risk. He holds a BA in Economics & Management from The Academic College of Tel Aviv-Yafo and is a graduate of the MBA program in Finance at Bar-Ilan University.
SVP SocialMenachem manages all revenue and customer operations for Matomy’s SEM and social advertising units. His in-depth knowledge and understanding of online media and marketing comes from over 14 years of direct experience with hundreds of advertisers and a dedication to utilizing technology and innovation to increase sales. Prior to his role at Matomy, Menachem was VP of sales and marketing at MSN Israel, where he managed product development teams, oversaw online marketing strategies and established and maintained relations with MSN managers across Europe. He also held the position of VP of sales with TheMarker.com, a leading finance and business website, where he was in charge of developing marketing procedures and overseeing sales teams.
SVP ClientsAs senior vice president of clients, Gil Klein is responsible for successful advertiser accounts management and maximizing revenue from the relationships between hundreds of advertisers and Matomy Media Group’s wide base of publishers, affiliates, and networks. An expert in campaign performance optimization and online media acquisition, he brings over 7 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, client relations, and the online media industry. Prior to his role at Matomy Market, Gil was an integral member of Matomy Media Group’s display unit, serving as director of performance marketing, client relations and director of media buying. In this role Gil gained deep knowledge of the display media space and invaluable experience in media buying over multiple exchanges, networks and sites. Gil holds an MBA in International Business from the College of Management.
General Manager, MexicoAs general manager of Matomy’s Mexico City branch, Ulises oversees all daily media operations and growth of the company in the LATAM region. Ulises was member of the MercadoLibre.com startup company with presence in 9 Latin American countries and the leader in online auctions in Latin America (MELI). In 2004 he founded Ergos Media, a leader in managing online advertising media which was acquired by Matomy in 2010. He also launched Buscapé, the first price comparison site in Mexico and later Adverlatin, the first affiliate network in Latin America. Ulises has a BS was in Computer Systems Engineering from the Monterrey Technological Institute, Campus State of Mexico, and he also has a Diploma in “Organization management” from TEXAS A&M University.
Managing Director, USAs managing director of Matomy’s US offices, Tom Lanzetta oversees the branch’s strategic initiatives, as well as its suite of performance marketing, SEO and affiliate network services. In this capacity, he fosters overall growth with Matomy Media Group and its clients, bringing mobile marketing, email marketing, lead generation, social media, search marketing, SEO and display advertising capabilities to US advertisers. Prior to being named managing director in November 2013, Lanzetta served for more than six years as chief financial officer of MediaWhiz, which Matomy acquired in January 2013, and was progressively promoted to take on the dual role of CFO and chief operating officer. In that capacity, he worked with the company’s executive team to set strategic goals for the business and ensure efficient and profitable operations. Prior to joining MediaWhiz, Lanzetta spent nearly a decade at Agency.com (formerly Nasdaq: ACOM), a full-service interactive agency, where he managed operations for Agency.com’s six worldwide offices and 500 employees. Prior to Agency.com, he was chief financial officer of Spiral Media, a startup boutique/interactive agency based in New York City.
